DAVE SELLARS: I'm Dave Sellars, i'm 27 years old, I have done kick boxing and have been in the fitness life style for about 4 years really hard and before that i was really lazy and gained alot of weight. I decided to change my life and started mixed martial arts and lost 60 pounds in 19 weeks for my first fight. My starting weight was approx. 225 pounds and at weigh ins for my fight i weighed 157. But i realized that i had lost alot of weight but lost all my power and had to start building muscle so for my second fight i put on 10 pounds of muscle but still weighted in at 158lbs. I'm in school working on my fitness certificates and hope to fight again by feb 2012.
